Short walk to the Vatican and surrounded by wonderful cafes. One pleasant surprise was the hosts providing us with coffee and croissants for our early tour. The room felt a bit cramped at times.

the staff are very very nice and polite, offer brilliant services. the units are immaculate, fairly quiet.

Loved the place, had a wonderful stay for a weekend. Its personnel was outstandingly accommodating and affable, no reason to complain. I had the double room which was big with a balcony. The location was marvellous and amazing and the room was...  

Breakfast was simple but delicious with heaps of options. The staff were ace!

This wasn't what I expected, Good or Bad?

The staff's hospitality, and breakfast was a good feast of pastries and coffee. I loved the convenient location, just a short bus ride to major attractions!

Though my room felt a bit small, it was manageable since we spent our days exploring this beautiful city. Lack of elegant design was notable. It's more of a cozy guest house than a luxury hotel.

All fine, but microwave needed.

The staff was nice and accommodating.

I was frustrated with the thin walls. You could hear everything. The busy street added to the noise level. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room for leftovers from nearby restaurants, but there was none available.

It was just a fitting option for a brief pit stop in Rome with real value for money. The staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to answer our questions. Bring earplugs to minimize noise if you're a light sleeper.

Room Balcony nice and clean, though a bit cramped for space. Friendly staff provided helpful tips on local bike tours nearby. Breakfast lacked variety, could use more options to choose from.

Rooms are beautifully renovated and impeccably clean. The staff consistently were very good, demonstrating genuine care by accommodating dietary needs and offering transportation help. Breakfast included homemade ice-cream that was a good surprise. Noise from the street can be disruptive at times, and a lack of a microwave in the room was inconvenient for reheating leftovers.

The Economy Double Room sported a clean, modern vibe, and the decor struck the right balance between cozy and stylish. Breakfast options included an inviting mix of pastries and eggs, perfect fuel for a day of exploration....  

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, luggage storage, and comfortable air conditioning. During my first stay, the staff helped me by recommending a local taxi. They also provided packed sandwiches for my quick breakfast. Highly recommend...  

I had an amazing stay in Rome. the breakfast selection was delightful and really tasty. The room was spacious and perfectly clean, far exceeding my expectations from the photos. I’d come back anytime!

This place is beautifully designed and located in a quiet area near local restaurants, the Colosseum, and the Vatican City, making it very welcoming.
